How Do I Get a Refund from Aldi?

ALDI's return policy allows customers to return items accompanied by a receipt on return for a refund and a replacement item. This policy doesn't apply to all the products sold at ALDI. There are products that have a different return policy. Special buy items, computers and electronics, software, and DVDs all come with a separate return policy. Special buy items can be returned fro an exchange or refund. Computers and electronics can be returned within ninety days for a refund. However, DVDs and software come with a fourteen day return policy and if they are opened, an exchange is your only option. If there are any ALDI products that you are unsure of in terms of returning, call ALDI customer service to inquire about the return policy for these items.

Any Unused Product...Twice As Nice Guarantee

ALDI offers their twice as nice return policy for any returned unused product. Customers need to present their receipt along with the product, In turn, ALDI will issue a full refund in addition to replacing the product. Not Part of the Twice as Nice Guarantee...

ALDI customers should make note of the fact that certain items aren't included in the Twice as Nice Guarantee. These items include national brands, alcoholic items, and non-food ALDI items.

Non-Food Special Buy Items

Any non-food special buy items must be returned with the original receipt. Customers can either exchange the item or receive a full refund. If the item is defective, it can also be returned for a refund. However, any special buy item that becomes defective during the products warranty period should be returned or handled by the original manufacturer. Computer's and Electronics

The return policy for computers and electronics differs from other products. ALDl computers and electronics have a ninety-day return policy. Customers should present their computer and electronic returns with the original receipt and the packaging and accessories they were purchased with.

The Return Policy for Opened and Unopened DVDs and Software

ALDI doesn't issue a refund for opened software and DVDs. Instead, customers will be given the option to exchange these items. Unopened DVDs and software are eligible for a full refund. However, this is a fourteen day policy and the receipt must be present at the time of the return.
