How to Reset Your AT&T Go Phone Password

Resetting Forgotten PIN/Password

If you need to reset your AT&T Go Phone password, follow these steps:

  1. Open AT&T's website in your browser.
  2. Navigate to the sign-in page.
  3. Click on "Forgot PIN/Password."
  4. Type in your cellphone number.
  5. Select "Request Online Password" or "Request 4-Digit PIN." You also have the option to select both.
  6. Hit "Send PIN/Password" to receive the information via text. Wireless Home Phone customers will receive a phone call with the information.
  7. Enter the new temporary PIN/Password you received in the text and hit "Continue."
