Monitor Your AT&T Bill Online
You can check your current bill, and past bills, on your AT&T account.
- Go to https://www.att.com/my/#/login
- Sign in to your account with your User ID and password.
- Under your account settings, click on ‘My Bill.'
- If you have more than one type of service with AT&T Wireless, choose the service you want to see the bills for.
- To see a copy of your current bill, select ‘View Paper Bill.'
- To see copies of your past 16 bills, click on ‘Payments' and then ‘More Payment History.'
Note that only the account owner can view their bills online. Additionally, there is a delay of several business days from the billing period closing date and the bill to be available online for viewing.

You can try to lower your bill by talking to an AT&T Wireless customer service representative. Discuss your options with the agent, including
- If you're eligible for any current discounts or promotions
- If there are parts of your bill you can remove (i.e. international roaming)
- If you can change to a new plan or phone
You can have these discussions by calling into the AT&T Wireless customer support line or using the AT&T Wireless live chat function.
Additionally, you can visit an AT&T Wireless retail location. Go to https://www.att.com/stores/. Enter your city and state or ZIP code and find a store near you. Make sure to note the store's hours of operation before you plan your visit.
