This is a guide on how to check your upgrade and purchase one for AT&T: Log-in to your account with your User ID and Password through the AT&T Customer Center (https://www.customerservice.att.com/index.jsp ).
Scroll down to the pictures of phones under your plan and select "View Options to Upgrade".
Enter in your sign in pass code to proceed to the next page as AT&T uses this toward a security measure.
Click the "Upgrade" button to the right of the phone you want to upgrade.
Choose the device you would like to purchase by clicking on "Add to cart".
Select the plan you would like (2 year plan or No annual contract) and click "Add to cart".
Once you select your device, click on "Add to cart".
Choose the plan that best fits your preferences and click "Add to plan".
Select your protection plan from the options that are provided and click "Continue to next step".
Review available accessories you might like and click "Continue to next step".
Review your order and selections you have made and click "Submit".
