How do I upgrade my AT&T phone?

Before you get started, be sure you have: Email, Password
Log-in to your account with your User ID and Password through the AT&T Customer Center (
Click on "Shop" in the top left-hand corner.

Scroll over the "Wireless" tab and click on "Add a line".
Select the plan you would like (2 year plan or No annual contract) and click "Add to cart".
Once you select your device, click on "Add to cart"
Choose the plan that best fits your preferences and click "Add to plan".
Review available accessories you might like and click "Continue to next step".
Step 10: Review your order and selections you have made and click "Submit".
Step 11: Checkout and choose delivery options then click "Submit" to complete your purchase as you will receive an email that confirms your purchase along with your tracking number.
