Adidas does not allow orders to be modified or cancelled after they have been placed. Luckily, they offer free returns on products purchased within 30 days of the receipt date. However, personalized products do not qualify for returns, and Yeezy products must be returned within seven days of the delivery date.
The first step to returning your item is to find your order details. If you have a Creators Club account with Adidas, you can find your order details by signing in to your account and navigating to your order history. Customers who used guest checkout can find their order details in the e-mail provided at the time of purchase. It's important to note that exchange orders will only be accepted for another item in the same color and a different size. Otherwise, you will have to return your current order for a refund and purchase your desired item separately. Additionally, the item must be received by Adidas within 10 days if you wish to make an exchange. If it is received after 10 days, it will only be eligible for a refund.
