But, what if you can't find it, or worse, you never received it? Don't go berserk just yet. This guide will help you find it. There are a few ways to retrieve your reservation.

Use Allegiant's Manage Travel feature.

  1. Go to allegiantair.com and click on Manage Travel.
  2. Select the easiest method to retrieve your reservation
    1. Confirmation number and your first and last name
    2. Your email address and password
    3. Your departure date, last four digits of your card number and your first and last name.
  3. Once you've entered the information, click on the Find My Trip button.
  4. You can also use this section to make changes to, print or email your hotel reservation.

Your Allegiant Account

  1. You can also try verifying your reservation by logging into your Allegiant account and looking for the booking in question.
  2. You can try to contact customer service directly here, but please be aware of high call volume during peak hours.
  3. Also keep in mind that in order to view your booking in your account, you would have needed to be logged into your account. Allegiant does not automatically add it to your account if you check out as an anonymous guest in order to protect your privacy. Your booking can be added later to your account by following the prompts.

Search Your Inbox

  1. Check your spam folder for any emails from AllegiantAir.
  2. Perform a search for the missing email by logging into your email account if needed, and then typing in Allegiant or similar in the search box. Click enter or hit the enter key.
