There are a few ways to dispute a charge from Amazon. The first thing you can do is to let your credit card company know that you did not agree to the charge. This will begin a dispute from their side.
If the order has not been shipped yet and you have been charged, you can login to your account here
Click "Your Account"
Click "Your orders"
Then click "File/View/Claim"
On that screen you can cancel your order
