Amtrak: How do I cancel my reservation?

Before you get started, be sure you have: Email address on the account, Password
If you made your reservation on, then you can cancel your reservation by logging into your account on that page
Click "My Account"
Click the 'View/Edit' button to get to reservations
Click the 'Cancel Trip' button and follow the steps to cancel
If you logged in as a guest, you can cancel your reservation by clicking on the "Modify" tab on the Fare Finder tool bar
Enter your reservation number and e-mail address or telephone number and click "Find"
Click the "Cancel Trip" button and follow the steps to cancel
If you do not wish to cancel your reservation online, you can do so over the phone by calling this number call Amtrak here
