You can order a lot of things from Asda. If you have a busy schedule, you may want to learn how to track your Asda order, so that you can make sure you take the time to get it. To learn how just keep reading.
If you chose to have your order delivered to your home, Asda will send you "Out for delivery" emails on the day of delivery with updates on your order's progress and when you can expect to receive it. Keep checking these to get an idea of where your order is and when you can expect it to be delivered. Please keep in mind that your order might arrive as multiple deliveries instead of just one.
If you chose to collect your order yourself, you can tell when your order is ready for you to come to collect it with the Asda app. To use it, open the Asda app. If you see the I Am on My Way button, your order is ready for collection. If you do not see it, your order is not ready yet. This method does not work if you have chosen a locker collection point, though.
If you don't have the Asda app, open your Order Receipt email from Asda when you are ready to come to collect your order. Click on the I Am Here button in your email. You will be told if your order is ready to be collected yet.

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Asda in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our How Do I Track My Asda Order? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
