Banana Republic gift cards have a 16-digit gift card number and a four-digit pin to be used when purchasing an item at the online or physical store. When the balance on your card doesn't cover the entire amount, you can either use another card or another gift card to successfully buy the item.
Users can redeem up to five gift cards per order. Items bought using a Banana Republic gift card can be exchanged or returned, but not refunded. Below are the steps to using your Banana Republic gift card:
1. Visit the official website or the Banana Republic or Gap store.
2. Find the item you want to purchase and add it to your cart (for online orders.)
3. Provide the 16-digit gift card number and pin. Click Apply. If you're buying the item at the physical store, simply present your gift card to the cashier when paying for the item.
4. Follow the checkout process.
Gift cards don't expire. If you have an e-gift card and you want to use this at a physical store, simply print out the card information and present that to the cashier when paying for the items.
There are two ways to check your Banana Republic gift card balance: on the Billing Page upon checkout and in Your Account. You'll see a link to check your balance on these pages. Below are the steps:
1. Visit the Check Balance page on the website.
2. Enter your 16-digit gift card number and pin. Make sure you type in the correct gift card number.
3. Click Check Balance.

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
