What do I do if I am missing a Bank of America transfer?

To properly transfer money you must follow the steps for transfer money from your account to a friend's using Bank of America - Log in to your online banking via the BoA mobile app or web link https://www.bankofamerica.com/.

On the homepage, scroll to the "Transfer" icon and click on one of the three provided options "Using their email address or mobile number", "Using their account number at Bank of America" and "Using their account number of another bank".

Once you have selected your options you will have to enter in the email address, account number, amount etc. as the space provides.

Then click "continue transfer".

You then have to review your transfer and agree to the terms.

To process the final transfer click "Submit transfer" If you had problems and the money has not gone through then it may be because it is the weekend or after business hours so the money will be posted on a business day (M - F during the hours of 9 -5 pm).
