Boost Mobile customers that have had the same device activated on their account for a consecutive 120 days, they may have up to $100 credit towards a new device. BoostUp is a program that allows existing Boost customers to upgrade to a new phone with a down payment and taxes payment upfront, and a commitment to 18 monthly payments to pay off the device.

  6. Complete the instructions for the ‘Installment Billing Agreement' and pay the down payment and taxes.
  7. You will receive an email confirmation of your upgrade.
  8. Over the next 18 months, you'll see an addition to your bill to pay off the phone.
