If you make your refund request within 30 days of installation or the date of the change of service, you should qualify for a refund. If you still have any Spectrum services, the refund will come in the form of a credit for those services. If you no longer have any Spectrum services, the refund will first be applied to any outstanding balance you have with Spectrum and then you will receive a refund for the remaining amount. On Demand and Pay per View purchases are not eligible for refunds, as are non-standard installations.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange of a mobile device purchased from Spectrum, you must make the request within 14 days of purchase. The returned device must be in like-new condition in its original package, accompanied by proof of purchase.
New Spectrum Business customers can get a refund for monthly service fees if they make the request within 30 days of purchase. Existing customers can get the same refund if the request is made within 30 days of purchase of the service. The refund cannot exceed $500. No refund will be issued until all Spectrum equipment is returned.

For in-store mobile device purchases, you must go to the store to return it and initiate your refund or exchange. A restocking fee of $50 will be deducted from your refund.
