The first thing you will need to do is to check to make sure their service is offered in your area. Go to this page and enter your zip code in the upper right, or click "View the areas that we serve" http://brighthouse.com/home-page.html

Once you select your area, then it's time to select your bundle. Depending on what you want, click the bundle that best fits your needs and click "Order now"

A pop up will come onto your screen asking you if you are transferring your service, or if you are signing up for the first time. If you are signing up for the first time click "Continue shopping"

On the next screen you will need to fill in your information

You will then be asked to set up a time to install your service. Select a date and time that works for you.

If you happen to be transferring your service, you will need to call 855-222-0102 to have them change your account from your old address to your new address. Let me know if this helps!
