Enter your account username then click Next
They will email you a link that will allow you to reset your password. Open the link.
Enter the new password then confirm
If you don't know your Username, use this link to enter your email address to recover your username https://eam.centurylink.com/eam/loginTrouble/obtainForgottenUserID.do
Then repeat the first four steps
