If your tv is showing a red X with a number 1 below it, follow the steps below to reset your TV.
Unplug the power cord from the reciever. Then, on your receiver, press "Ok" and the down arrow at the same time. Continue to press the buttons while plugging the power cord back in.
On the screen, you should see three dots and then a gear icon. If you see a blue screen, the process didn't work and you will need to try again. The tv will take about 20 minutes to reset.
