How Do I Recover My ChowNow Email and Password?
If your ChowNow account was linked to either your Google or Facebook accounts, contact those companies directly to regain access. ChowNow is a website plugin which allows restaurant customers to easily place delivery, pickup, or contactless dine-in orders from participating restaurants. To use ChowNow, you must set up an account through either the website or the mobile app. If you have lost your login information, ChowNow has several methods to recover and reset that data.
Website
ChowNow allows you to create an account by linking either your Google or Facebook to their website. If you have done this but cannot access your ChowNow account, double check that your Google or Facebook login credentials are accurate. Should you discover the problem is there, resolve the issue with either Google or Facebook.
If you created a separate account, you will need to recover your password. Navigate to the ChowNow website and click on "Login." In the space for entering your password, you should see "Forgot?" Click on this, and you will be prompted to enter the email address you used to sign up with ChowNow. The website will now send a verification code to that email address.
Log in to your email and look for an email titled "Password Reset Request." If the email does not show up quickly, check your Spam or junk filters. Gmail sometimes sends email from ChowNow to Promotions. Copy and paste the provided verification code into the website, which you may now use to reset your password.
Mobile App
If you signed up with ChowNow using a mobile app, the process is much the same. Tap "Forgot?" on the login screen, and enter the email address you used to sign up to receive a verification code. Reset your password as normal.
