How do I cancel my service and return my equipment to Comcast?

Before you get started, be sure you have: Name on the account, Account number, Billing Address, Email address on the account, Pin/Password on the account

Login with your username and password
This should take you to the cancelation screen that should autofill some of your information in. Make sure that your name and account number are some of those pieces of information that are auto-populated, and if not, you will need to input them now.
In section 2 where it asks you the reason that you are cancelling your service, you will need to make a selection form the drop down menu. Select "No Xfinity where I'm moving", or if you came to this guide and you want to cancel but you are not moving, then select the other reason for your cancellation of service.
Once you are done, if you want to leave them feedback, then do so in the box provided, otherwise click "Submit" and you should be all set!
