I no longer want Comcast, can you help me cancel my services?

Info needed: Account phone number, Last 4 digits of Social Security number, Billing address
Follow the steps below to solve this issue. Don't have the patience? Have a GetHuman pro do it for you.
Before we begin, we need to determine if you have authorization to cancel the account.
Are you the authorized user on the account?
If “Yes", then continue. If "No", then proceed to the
Authorization Guide. Once you have completed the Authorization Guide, then proceed.
Call Comcast by phone using GetHuman's fastest number here.
Enter the phone number on the account, then press 1 or say "Yes"
At the next prompt say "Service"
At the next prompt say "Change services or products"
At the next prompt say "Disconnect"
At the next prompt say "Both of these"
When prompted, enter the last 4 digits of your social security number
At the next prompt say "Yes"
At the next prompt say "No" to taking a survey
When prompted, enter the address on the account
You will then be asked if you want to cancel. If "Yes", you will be all set to cancel and Comcast will then transfer you to the Retention Center to try to keep you from canceling. Just keep telling them you want to cancel your service.
Once your service is cancelled, the Retention Center Specialist will then inform you that you must drop the equipment off at the local Comcast Center or UPS location. Do you know where the closest Comcast Center or UPS location is? click here to find it.
