To qualify for a refund or exchange, gaming system bundles must be returned within 72 hours of purchase. TVs, computers, and computer accessories must be returned within 14 days. Air conditioners, soundbars, speakers, headphones, DJ systems, and electronics accessories must be returned within 7 days. Fitness equipment, appliances, and all other purchases must be returned within 30 days.
Gaming system bundles, mattresses, and furniture can only be returned if they are defective. All other items can be returned for any reason. All returned items must be in new condition and accompanied by the original packaging and any accessories and manuals they came with. Free promotional items that accompanied the purchase must be returned as well. Proof of purchase must accompany the return.
Refunds will be made in the same form that was used to make the purchase. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. If the return has been opened then a 15% restocking fee will be charged, and must be paid for by cash or credit card.
