A Little About Conn's

Conn's only offers shipping in the 14 states it operates in: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.

Orders over 50 pounds default to Conn's Delivery, but lighter orders are usually delivered via FedEx.

Shipping cost is based on the weight of the product. When you add a product to your cart, it will automatically calculate estimated shipping costs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been placed, you can check the status of your order and check your shipment by doing the following:

  • Go to the Conn's website.
  • At the bottom of the page, select "Order Status & Delivery" under "Customer Service."
  • On the right is "View Order Status." Enter "Order number/billing invoice" and "Billing zip code," then retrieve to check the status of your order.
  • On the left is "Track Delivery." By entering your order or invoice number you can see where your order is in the delivery process and how it will be delivered.

Delivery Options

Conn's offers three delivery options. Keep reading for more information on each option.

Home Delivery

Some items that cannot be easily shipped require home delivery via Conn's Delivery. These are generally over 50 pounds and sometimes require installation such as appliances, mattresses or fitness equipment. Deliveries are usually made within one to three business days of placing the order. Home delivery is only available in the local operating areas mentioned earlier. Also, Conn's does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses.


Conn's offers shipping of smaller items via FedEx. These orders are usually processed within 24 hours of order and shipping can take two to three days expedited and three to five days standard. Conn's delivers in all its local areas except Alabama and Virginia.


If you are close to a Conn's outlet or warehouse, you can opt to pick up your order yourself. When you place your order online, you will receive an email telling you when your order is ready for pickup. Bring this email and a copy of your ID to the store and load your item or items.
