What Should I Do When Costco Delivery by Usps Is Missing?

Costco is a popular warehouse club that values its reputation for excellent customer service. However, the company does rely on various carriers such as USPS to ship online orders or large items purchased in-store that require delivery. If your order is being shipped by USPS and has not arrived on time or is missing, you can use the following steps to track it down.

What to Do When Your USPS Deliver From Costco Is Missing

A missing order is frustrating. Costco features a few different options for addressing this type of problem.

My Orders

You can access your order's tracking by visiting the Costco website.

  1. Choose the Orders & Returns option at the top of the screen or the Order status link at the bottom of the home page.
  2. In either case, you'll be prompted to log in to your Costco account.
  3. Select My Orders and find the order to question and select it.
  4. Choose the tracking option to find out where your order is and when you may expect it to arrive.

Costco acknowledges that sometimes the tracking feature does not show movement of a delivery for a period of days. This is sometimes the case during busy periods such as the holiday season.

Contacting Costco

If your Costco order does not appear to be moving through the My Orders tracking feature, you can contact Costco customer service by phone or open up the chat feature to access support. To reach chat, scroll to the bottom of the home page and click on the Customer Service link. Then, choose from the menu on the left hand of your screen the Contact Us option. From there, you can click the link to open up the chat feature. You'll need to provide support with your name, address, and pertinent order information so they can look into your order and find out the reason for its delay or disappearance.

You can also contact Costco by phone or chat to make a complaint about a late delivery or problems with your order.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Costco Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
