If your order is being shipped by USPS and has not arrived on time or is missing, you can use the following steps to track it down.

You can access your order's tracking by visiting the Costco website.
Costco acknowledges that sometimes the tracking feature does not show movement of a delivery for a period of days. This is sometimes the case during busy periods such as the holiday season.
If your Costco order does not appear to be moving through the My Orders tracking feature, you can contact Costco customer service by phone or open up the chat feature to access support.
