Return and Refund Requirements
Any qualified purchase must be returned within 90 days of Cyber Monday. This period shrinks to 7 days for items purchased from Dick's Sporting Goods Warehouse.
If you made the purchase in person, you need the receipt. If you ordered it online, you need the packing slip. If you do not have the receipt or packing slip then you will need a driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID and you will be issued store credit instead of a refund.
You will receive a refund in the same form of payment as you used for the purchase. For purchases made with a gift card, you can receive either a gift card or an even exchange. If coupons or the Scorecard Reward was used to make the purchase, your refund will be lowered by that amount.
Electronic scooters and bikes are not eligible for return, nor are Theragun or Hyperice electronics. Electronic items must be returned in their original packages with all parts, accessories, and manuals included.
Returns by Mail
You can return an online purchase through the mail by following these directions.
You will receive a refund to the method of payment you used to make the purchase. The shipping fees will not be refunded.
If you want to return an item you purchased online to a nearby store, follow these instructions before making the return:
You will be given a bar code as proof of purchase.
To make the return, bring your purchase along with the receipt, the confirmation bar code, or the confirmation email for your purchase. If you do not have the receipt anymore, contact Dick's Sporting Goods' customer service department to get a copy of the receipt sent to you, if they can find a copy. You will also need a driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID. If you need to make the return without the receipt, you can only get store credit instead of a refund.
Dick's Sporting Goods reserves the right to limit or deny a return or exchange at their discretion, regardless of whether or not you have the receipt.
