When you know your move-in date, call 877-318-2092. Be sure you know your new address and your account number. A customer service representative will schedule an appointment for a DIRECTV techinician to install your service in your new home.

When you move, pack up your TVs, receivers and remotes. These must be at your new home when the DIRECTV service technician comes to install your service. There is no fee for transfering your service.
