The Dollar Shave Club delivers personal grooming products and shaving products in the mail, on a monthly basis. You need access to your account to make changes to your subscription, update your personal information or payment options, or to cancel your account. If you are having trouble accessing your Dollar Shave Club account, follow these simple step-by-step instructions.
Try to sign in with your Facebook account or Google account by selecting 'Log In with Facebook' or 'Log In with Google' and following the on-screen prompts to sign in to your account.
At the bottom of the screen, select 'Forgot password?'
You will be redirected to a new page and asked to enter the email associated with your account. Select 'Send.'
Go to your email and follow the instructions to reset your password and gain access to your account. Make sure to check your spam and junk folders if you haven't received the email within five minutes.
At the bottom of the screen, select 'Forgot email?'
A live chat box will appear in the right corner of the screen. Select 'Help! I forgot my email.' out of the options that appear.
Select 'Contact Us.'
You will be redirected to a new page. Under 'How can we help you today," select 'Manage Account."
Next select, 'Other.'
Click on 'Contact Us.'
You will be given a few options at this point.
You can select 'Chat with Us' to speak to a live customer service representative. The live chat function is available at 6:00 am - 6:00 pm EST.
Or, you can select 'Email Us' and will receive an email reply within 1-2 days.
Lastly, you can select 'Messenger' and connect with customer service via Facebook chat. This option is available Monday to Fridays from 9:30 am - 5:00 pm PST.
