If your baggage on EVA Air has been damaged, lost or destroyed, you may submit a claim report. Report to the EVA airport personnel as soon as possible. If your baggage is partially damaged or lost, you should submit your claim within seven days. If your baggage is wholly lost or delayed, you have to submit a claim within 21 days. Checking the Lost and Found at EVA Air
To check the lost and found, you need to fill out an online form. On their website, you need to enter your flight details and find out if your missing items have been reported to the lost and found office. Alternatively, you may contact EVA Air and ask them for help.
