Before you get started, be sure you have: Booking reference, Date of booking, Ticket number, Flight number, Name on the ticket, Email address on the account

If you know all of the details of your flight, then you can submit your information online. When you are ready to submit your details, open this form in another tab to start your submission.

In section 1, titled "1. Details of delayed/cancelled flight/denied boarding" enter the details of the flight and select "Delayed flight" from the drop down menu.

In the next section, enter your personal information.

Finally, click to let them know that you aren't a robot, then check the box below that that certifies that the information you submitted is accurate, then click Continue and your submission will be sent to Easyjet for review.
