How do I get a refund for not getting on an overbooked EasyJet flight?

The best way to submit a refund request is to use their online form. When you are ready to submit your details, open this form in another tab to start your submission.
Enter the flight details in section 1, titled "1. Details of delayed/cancelled flight/denied boarding" and select "Denied boarding" from the drop down menu for the reason for your refund.
Then in section 2, enter your personal information.
Enter the payment details that you used to pay for your flight in section 3.
In section 4, enter all of the details of the passenger(s) on the flight.
The last section has a box that you need to click to let them know that you aren't a robot, then check the box below that that certifies that the information you submitted is accurate. Finally click Continue and your submission will be sent to them for review.
