Keep reading for the step-by-step instructions on how you can report a game problem to Electronic Arts.

Submit a Bug Report Online

  1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en-ca/help/faq/what-do-i-do-if-i-have-a-complaint/

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Contact Us.'

  3. You will be redirected to a new page. In the 'What can we help you with?' text box, type the game you wish to report a problem for. Click on the game when it appears on the search results screen.

  4. You will be asked what platform you are playing the game on. Select the correct platform.

  5. Under 'Select Topic' choose 'Report a Bug.'

  6. Under 'Select Issue' choose 'Report Bug' again.

  7. Click on 'Choose contact option.'

  8. You will then be asked to sign in to your EA account. You can sign in with your email address or Pogo ID and password. Alternatively, you can sign in with your Facebook account, PSN account, or Xbox Live account. If you don't have an EA account you will have to make one to report the bug online, select 'Create your EA Account.'

  9. Follow the prompted instructions to report the bug. Include as many details as possible so the issue can be addressed quickly.

Get Help from Answers HQ

Most frequently, Electronic Arts will redirect you to getting help from Answers HQ. This is a good option to see if your game problem has occurred to others, if it's already been reported, and if there is a solution for it.

  1. Go to https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/bd-p/anthem-bug-reports-en

  2. Select 'Sign In' in the top right corner of the screen and log in to your account. You can log in with your email address and password.

  3. Use the search text box to search your game problem and see if there are any available answers for the problem.
