Eventbrite: How do I get a refund?

A simple 8 step guide for solving this common Eventbrite problem quickly and effectively by GetHuman

Before you get started, be sure you have: Email address on the account, Password

Go to Eventbrite.com and click on your profile in the upper right

Click Orders

Search for the order that you need refunded

Once you find the order, on the drop down menu on the right, there's an option that says Refund this Order

Enter whether you want a full or partial refund by entering the amount you want refunded

You can add a note with anything specific you would like to let them know, for example, if you need to be reimbursed for parking.

Click Issue Refund

From here, you can always check the status of your refund under the Reporting tab, or by searching for your order again, just like how we described earlier. Let us know if this helps!
