Expedia helps you manage your bookings when going on a trip. It allows you to make, modify and cancel your reservations to suit your needs. If you have booked an itinerary through your Expedia account, you should be able to view it whenever you want. Why Can't I Find My Itinerary in the App
You should have no trouble viewing your itinerary in the app if you booked a trip through the app. If you do, first confirm that you are adding your travel plans to the Trips List correctly.
The simplest yet most obvious solution is to sign out of the app and then back in. If you booked your itinerary while signed into your account, ensure that you are signed into the app while trying to find your itinerary.
If you were not signed into your account while booking your itinerary or were booked as a guest, you can add it manually using your itinerary number and email address.
Check the Country setting on your app and ensure that it matches the desktop website used when booking your itinerary. If your locations do not match, you may not find your itinerary since Expedia itineraries are location-specific. Follow these steps to update your Expedia app with the correct Country setting.
1. Launch your app
2. Click on the option 'Account'
3. Tap 'Country'
4. Click on the country that matches your Expedia website
5. Tap 'OK' to complete the process
When you have updated your Country setting, you may sign in to your account or add your itinerary number to your app. This way, you will see all your upcoming trips.
You may be unable to see your itineraries if you have recently made changes through a booking agent or over the phone.
If you have trouble finding your itinerary even after changing your country settings, you should send an email to Expedia. They may help you resolve the problem.
Adding an Itinerary to My App's Trips List
After changing your Country settings, you may need to add an itinerary to the Trips List on your app. Follow these steps to add an itinerary to your app manually.

2. Click 'Trips'
3. Click (+)Manually add guest booked trip
4. Enter your itinerary number and the email address used when booking the itinerary
5. Click on the option 'Tap Itinerary
If you have trouble finding your Expedia itinerary for an upcoming Trip, you should contact the customer support team for help. Expedia does not have Live Chat as an option for customer service but you can reach them in other ways. The most common way is by phone. You will be connected with a live agent to guide you through the process. You may also contact them by email or through their various social media platforms.
