The company also advises to never send crypto to a wallet address you can't access. One action you can take is to is confirm the transaction on the blockchain. You can also reach out to the wallet provider to verify if the coins can be traced.
It's also important to note that exchange sites cannot control how long cryptocurrency transactions take to process. All the transactions are in a queue and processed in the order they're received.
Please also keep in mind that there are fees involved with any withdrawal, and the fees will differ based on your location and currency type. FTX also charges fees to help you recover missing deposits sent to a wrong address, but the company can't guarantee the efforts. For U.S. users, fees are $500 or 5% while international residents can expect $200.

Visit FTX.US and log into your account. New users are required to secure their accounts with 2FA and identity verification.
Navigate to the Wallet tab and click on the token type you want and click on the withdrawal button. Type in the amount or click the Max button for a complete withdrawal. Next, enter the wallet address and perform the 2FA. The status will be available in the withdrawals tab.

It's important to note that your ability to make withdrawals will be disabled for 24 hours if you:
- Reset your password
- Disable or reset your withdrawal password
- Disable or reset your 2FA
- Change your FTX account email
All withdrawals require a withdrawal password. Go to your profile settings and choose Withdrawal Password under security. Click on the Set Withdrawal Password button after choosing your password.
