What do I do if my Facebook account is disabled (and I don't have a government ID)?
A simple 8 step guide for solving this common Facebook problem quickly and effectively by GetHuman
If you Facebook account is locked or disabled and you don't have a government issued ID, you can submit two different forms of identification with just your name and photo that matches your profile. This guide requires you to either scan your ID's or be able to take a picture of them since you will need to upload them. If you are worried about confidential information, you can cover that up with tape and still recover the account. Make sure you can see it clearly then save the photo to your computer.
When you are ready to upload the file, note where you stored it on your computer so we can easily access it later.
Cover the confidential information on your ID like license numbers or passport numbers or social security number. You can use tape, or if you want to wait until you scan it, you can easily edit the scan with a photo editing application.
Scan you ID's onto your computer
Check to make sure the picture is clear so that your name, birthday and photo are visible.
Once you are ready and happy with your scan, use the link at the end of this step and click "Upload" and select file from documents or desktop. Click here to upload your file .
Once it is uploaded, click "Submit" and you will hear back from the Facebook team in 24 - 72 hours.
Once someone has reviewed your submission, Facebook will email you asking you one more time to confirm your ID. Reply to the email by registering your email account for that profile. Once you do that you will be back into your account and your account will no longer be disabled!
