Fitbit: How do I add users to my Aira scale?

A simple 4 step guide for solving this common Fitbit problem quickly and effectively by GetHuman

First, make sure that you've paired your scale to your Fitbit.com account.

Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of your dashboard. Select your scale from the drop-down menu.

Click the pink "Invite People" button and enter the email address of the person you want to add to the scale. If that person has a Fitbit account, you'll want to use the email address that they use with Fitbit.They will receive an invitation email asking to confirm their participation before their data appears under your scale. They can still use the scale in the meantime. Their data will be saved anonymously until they accept the email invitation.

Remember you can only add 6 people to your scale.
