Fitbit: How do I change my email address?

A simple 3 step guide for solving this common Fitbit problem quickly and effectively by GetHuman

Before you get started, be sure you have: Username, Password
The good news is you don't need to call customer service and can do this online. When you are ready to get started, log into your account here.
Click the personal info tab on the left. From there you will see your profile information. At the top there will be link to "Change Email".
Enter your desired email where your old email address is showing. Once you change the email address, you will then receive a confirmation email sent to that email address. I hope that helps!
