Forever21 is an American online and brick and motor fashion store specializing in apparel for young men and women. The store was launched in 1984 and has over 600 locations. If you have recently purchased an item with Forever21 and want to return it, follow these simple steps:

All items purchased with Forever21, unless marked Final Sale, are valid for exchange, refund, or credit, within 30 days from the ship date. The packing slip that came with your package states the postmark date that is the last day you can return an item via mail or in-store.

Return Item by Mail

  1. Go to www.forever21.com

  2. In the top right corner, click on the person icon. Select 'Sign In.'

  3. Log in to your account with your email address and password.

  4. Select 'My Orders' on the left side of the screen.

  5. Click on the previous order where you want to return an item from.

  6. Select the reason you want to return the item.

  7. Select how you would like to return the item. You can choose from 'Bring it to our store' or 'Use a prepaid shipping label.' As you want to return this item by mail, select the prepaid shipping label option.

  8. Follow the prompted instructions on the prepaid shipping label screen.

  9. Review the details of your return and make sure the information is correct before selecting 'Submit.'

  10. Your Prepaid shipping label and Packing Slip will be emailed to you.

  11. Print the Prepaid shipping label. Package up your item along with the packing slip in a box or envelope.

  12. Place the Prepaid shipping label on the package.

  13. Note that the cost of the Prepaid label will be deducted from your refund amount.

  14. When your package is ready to be shipped, drop it off at the appropriate location. For a Smartpost label, drop off at a FedEx or US Postal Service location. For a FedEx Ground label, drop off at a FedEx location only.

  15. You will receive an email when the return has been received and processed. It will take 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited. It can take an additional several weeks for the return to display on your statement.

If you're having difficulties with the online return process, you can call into Forever21's customer support line. You will need to provide your order number and some personal details to confirm your identity.
