Go to www.gmail.com
In the right corner, select 'Sign In.'

Enter the last known password you remember with your account.

You may be asked to enter your phone number. Click 'Next.'
Enter the six-digit verification code sent to your phone and select 'Next.'
You will be redirected to a page that allows you to access your account. Select 'Change Password' and follow the prompted instructions.
