What do I do if I cannot activate my Green Dot card?

Before we report this issue to Green Dot, lets double check that you aren't able to activate your card. You can try to activate it online using this link.
If you are not able to activate your card, then we will need to let them know. The best place to start is to open this link to get started.
In the top portion of the page enter your name, phone number, and email address. Once you enter your email address, you will need to confirm it by entering it again.
Enter the last 4 digits of the card number that you are trying to activate.
From the drop down menu belwo that, select "Other"
In the details box below that, make sure to be as specific as possible as to what you have done to activate your card, and why it is not working. You may want to include the steps that you have taken thus far, and why you are having an issue activating your card. Don't skimp on the details as this is where we will be handing off your issue to the company so they'll need as much information as possible.
