Groupon allows you to cancel a recent Groupon order if you are within the cancellation window.
The cancellation window for local deals is between one day for self-cancellation and up to three days with the help of the Groupon Customer Support team.
For Groupon Goods, you can cancel before the item has been processed for shipping or you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. You will not be refunded the shipping costs to return the item to the vendor.
For Groupon Marketplace and BeautyNow, the cancellation window will vary.
GrouponLive tickets are typically final sale.
If you chose a date when purchasing a Groupon Getaways deal, you usually have up to 15 days before the departure date to cancel the purchase. If you did not select a date when purchasing a Groupon Getaways, you typically have 14 days after purchase to cancel the order.
If the Groupon you purchased had fine print stating no refunds or cancellations, the cancellation window may not apply.
Ensure you are within the cancellation policy however, do not view your voucher. You can view the fine print of the deal on the site rather than your account.
Go to https://www.groupon.com. Select 'Sign In' in the top right and log in to your account with your email and password.
Your name or your account name will appear on the upper right corner of the screen. Select the down arrow next to your name and select 'My Groupons.'
You will be redirected to a new page. This page automatically displays all your available Groupons. Right next to the word 'Deals' there is a drop-down arrow and 'Available' is the selected option. Click on the drop-down arrow and click on 'All.'
Scroll through all of your Groupons until you find the one you want to cancel. To the right of the order, select 'View Details.'
On the new page displaying your Groupon, locate the 'Cancel Order' option in the upper left area of the page.
You will be prompted to confirm you want to cancel your order and you may have to put your password in again.
Once your order has been successfully canceled, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
Open the Groupon mobile app on your phone.
You may be prompted to log into your account. You can log on with your Groupon email and password, or with your Gmail account, or your Facebook account.
Once you have logged on, select 'My Stuff' at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Under 'My Groupons' click on 'Select All.'
Under the new page, once again click on 'All.'
Scroll to the Groupon you wish to cancel and click on it.
An option should appear to 'Cancel Order' at the bottom of the page.
You can click on 'Cancel Order', confirm your decision, and you will receive an email once it's complete.
If you do not see the option to self-cancel in your Groupon account, you can attempt the Customer Support route by calling Groupon's Customer Support.
If you view your voucher you will not be able to cancel the order.
If you want to cancel a Groupon Goods item purchased from a third-party vendor, try to follow the above-outlined steps. If you do not see the option to cancel the order but believe you are still within the Cancellation Window, reach out to Groupon's Customer Support.
Orders purchased as gifts or received as a gift, cannot be self-canceled. You will need to reach out to the Groupon Customer Support team receive assistance with the cancellation.
