If you purchased a Groupon voucher and were unsatisfied with the experience, you can request a refund. Groupon has select policies for different types of Groupon vouchers. Keep reading for the steps on how to get Groupon to refund your order.
Groupon Local Vouchers
If you purchased a Groupon Live voucher and have not used the voucher, you may request a refund within three days after purchasing. After the three-day period, Groupon does not provide refunds, unless otherwise stated in the Fine Print of the voucher.
Do not view your voucher as that is considered using it and you will not be applicable for a refund.

Most tickets purchased for GrouponLive events are a final sale unless otherwise stated in the Fine Print.
If you believe your GrouponLive event is eligible for a refund, contact the Groupon Customer Support team for assistance.
If you purchased a Groupon Getaways voucher and the vendor is unable to book you within your available dates (before the Groupon expires), Groupon will refund you your purchase.
To receive your refund, you will need to contact the Groupon Customer Support team for assistance.
Hotels booked via Groupon have specific refund and cancellation policies. Check the hotel promotion on Groupon for more details.
You can return any product purchased on Groupon Goods unless the Fine Print says otherwise.
You will need to return the purchased item within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, all items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded for items. However, shipping to return the item is covered by Groupon.
Returns must be shipped with a label provided by Groupon, in order for the return to be processed and refunded.
To get a return label, go to www.Groupon.com
Select 'Sign In' in the top right and log in to your account with your email and password.
Your name or your account name will appear on the upper right corner of the screen. Select the down arrow next to your name and select 'My Groupons.'
For the order you would like to return, select 'View Details.'
Select 'Return Package' and print the prepaid mailing label.
If you do not see a 'Return Package' item, your order may be nonrefundable. You can contact the Groupon Customer Support team to verify.
Attach the label to the package and drop off the item at your local courier office. Groupon will not refund orders that are shipped without the Groupon mailing label.
If you are shipping multiple items that are identical and were ordered together, you can adjust the quantity of the amount you are returning in the drop-down arrow next to 'Return Package.' You can ship these all together with one Groupon prepaid mailing label and in one box.
If you are returning multiple items that are different (different sizes, colors, etc.), they will need to be shipped separately. Print a Groupon prepaid mailing label for each item and ship them in separate boxes.
Getting the Refund
You can track the progress of your return by returning to the order in your account and selecting 'View Details.' Then, select 'View Return Status.'
Groupon typically processes refunds in 1-2 business days but it can take up to a maximum of two weeks.
You will receive an email from Groupon titled 'Your Refund Has Been Processed."
After your refund has been processed, it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to show on your credit card statement.
