After you read the exchange policy you may be able to exchange your item but first you will need to contact support to exchange the item.
You will need to contact the business in which your ordered the product from. For example if you got a Groupon for Nike you will need to contact them for the exchange.
- You can return a Groupon up to 14 days after the items unless the Fine Print says you cannot.
Login to your Groupon account
Go to "My Groupons" then click "View Details"
Click "Return Package" then follow the prompt
Groupon asks that you allow up to 2–3 weeks for your refund to be issued
To track your return go to the "View Details" page and then click "View Return Status"
