Go to https://www.groupon.com/. Select 'Sign In' in the top right and log in to your account with your email and password.
Your name or your account name will appear on the upper right corner of the screen. Select the down arrow next to your name and select 'My Groupons.'
You will be redirected to a new page. This page automatically displays all your available Groupons. Right next to the word 'Deals' there is a drop-down arrow and 'Available' is the selected option. Click on the drop-down arrow and click on 'All.'
Select the Groupon you are having issues with by clicking on 'View Details.'
If you do not see the Groupon voucher you are having issues with here, this means it was not purchased. Your Groupon could be attached to another account. Check all your email inboxes to ensure you don't have a receipt for the Groupon voucher in a different email account.
Or, the payment could have not gone through. If the payment had not gone through, Groupon would have sent an email titled "NOTICE: Failed Transaction For Your Voucher." You can search your inbox for this email (including your spam folder).
Read the Fine Print to make sure that your Groupon hasn't expired or has terms on it that are preventing you from using it (such as the Groupon is limited to certain days out of the week).
If that is not the issue, and you are attempting to use your Groupon voucher on a merchant site, make sure that you are being redirected to the correct page on the merchant's website.
