If you've forgotten your password, H&R Block can send you a link to reset your password. You'll need access to the email address you used to set up your account, as well as your social security number.

  1. Go to H&R Block's Sign-in page
  2. From the Sign-in page, click on Forgot username/password?
  3. Enter the email address or phone number for your H&R block account. Make sure the email address provided matches the email address used to set up your account.
  4. You'll need to identify yourself by entering your name, social security number (SSN) and date of birth. Then, click Next.
  5. Finally, answer your security questions and click Next.
  6. H&R Block will then send an email with a link to reset your password.
