Is My Item Eligible For a Return?
Before you can return an order to Hayneedle you need to first find out if it is even eligible for a return. To do this, login to your account and navigate to your order page. How to Package and Prepare Your Order for Return

In addition, put the RMA slip that you printed out, inside the package as well as the order number, your contact information, and the reason why you are returning the item. Next, write the RMA number on the outside of the box along with your return address and use a trackable shipping method to send your return back.
When Will I receive My Refund?
Once Hayneedle receives the package, they will issue you a refund back to the original payment method used to purchase the item. If you purchased the order using a gift card or if it was a gift, you will receive a store credit for Hayneedle. Please note that you may not be eligible to receive a refund for shipping costs depending on the reason why you are returning the item. If you are returning an order because you changed your mind or because of another preference, you will not be eligible to receive a refund for the shipping cost. However, if your reason for the return was due to a damaged item or an error that Hayneedle made, you will receive a full refund for the shipping cost as well.
