If you have trouble logging in to your account, there are a few ways to recover it. You may reset your password in a few simple steps. Visit the 'Sign In' link at the top right of your Indeed page. Tap on the option 'Forgot your password?' At the bottom of your login page and enter your email address before submitting.

If you do not receive the email in your inbox, it may be in your junk or spam folder. If you don't find it in any of the folders, you may need to contact the customer support team for help. It may be impossible to recover your account if you can't access your email.

Confirming Your Email Address and Account

You will receive a confirmation email when you sign up on Indeed. If you made a typing error when entering the email address associated with your account, it may be impossible to receive the confirmation email or to recover your password.

Your account confirmation email includes a link that you can follow to confirm your account.

Problems with Two-Step Verification

You may be unable to log in to your account if there are problems with your two-step verification. The verification system is a way that Indeed uses to improve security. It allows you to link your phone number and your account together. You will receive a code when you log in to your account. You may receive the code as a call or text.

Indeed uses a third-party provider to manage your Two-step verification. If there are problems with your two-step verification, you may need to contact the provider for help. They will help you update your phone number.

Logging In to another Site

If you click on a job listing on Indeed, you may be redirected to the site where the job is actively listed. Some sites have their own requirements for registration. It may be impossible to log in with your Indeed credentials.

Recovering a Hacked Indeed Account

If you have a weak password, it may be easy for unauthorized people to gain access to your account. Always make sure that no one has access to your security questions, passwords, and emails. If you do not log out of your account after accessing it from a different account, you can be hacked.

If you suspect that your Indeed account has been hacked, you should change your password and that of the email associated with your account. Avoid logging into suspicious websites and using free public Wi-Fi. Enable two-step verification if you feel that your email is compromised. Your new passwords should have at least eight characters which include numbers, special characters, and capital letters.

Contact the customer support team and ask them to help you log out of all devices. You may have left your account signed in on your friend's computer. If a hacker has already logged in to your account, this option will make it impossible for them to continue accessing it.

If you need help from Indeed, you can get support on the help desk. It has plenty of helpful tips and suggestions. On the help desk, you may follow existing topics and conversations. If you don't find a topic that answers your questions, you should consider starting a new conversation. Be polite and try to describe your problem with as much detail as possible. Be patient as it may take a lot of time to get the help you need.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to speak directly with a representative on the phone. Indeed does not offer support on their social media sites or email.
