If you need help with your Koodo Mobile, you can always get it from the support team. The following are some of the simplest ways to get support for your device support.
Using the Warranty and Repair Policy
The Koodo mobile warranty covers you against manufacturing defects.
If you are experiencing issues with your phone or a feature of it, your first step should be to check your phone's user guide. If you can't find a suitable solution, look for help in the Help section. You may also go directly to a Koodo store and ask for help. They may repair your phone or give you a replacement depending on the nature of your problem.
All Koodo phones have a one year Manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not apply to Certified Pre-Owned Phones. If your Certified Pre-Owned phone was bought after April 5, 2013, it comes with a six-month limited warranty for iPhones and a one-year limited warranty for other phones.
If you notice a problem 15 days or less after the date of purchase, you can return it to Koodo. The phone should be free of damage and in good condition. You should have proof of purchase when returning the phone. You do not have to return your phone to the exact location you bought it. You may return it to any Koodo location.
If it has been more than 15 days since the day of purchase, you can go to a Koodo store with a phone for which you want repairs and your proof of purchase. If you have sent your phone out for repairs, you may request a loaner phone until you get yours back.
If you can't get to a Koodo store immediately, you may request a Return Mailer. If you live 25km away from a Koodo store, you may request a Delayed mailer.
Koodo store will send you a Return Mailer that you can use to send your phone back to them. They will inspect your phone and send you a replacement.
If your iPhone is defective, you may need to seek support directly from Apple. If your iPhone is defective and covered by the warranty, it will be repaired.
When returning your phone, remove all accessories including the charger and battery. If you fail to remove them, the Koodo store is not responsible if they get lost.
Returning or Exchanging Your Phone
You may return your phone for exchange or repairs within 15 days. You may get an exchange or a refund and Tab reversal. You get a refund for the amount you paid for your phone and nothing more. You only get a refund if you used your phone for reasonable use. Reasonable use is;
1. 30 minutes of talk time (for both local or long distance)
2. 50 MB data
3. 50 text messages (incoming and outgoing)
Return your retail purchases to the location where you bought it and in-store purchases to any Koodo store. If you purchased your item online, you may return it via mail.
If you need help contacting Koodo Store, you may contact them on the phone. A support Agent will give you the help you need as soon as possible. When seeking support on the phone, you may have to call multiple times before getting help.
Koodo Store has a vibrant help desk that may help you address your concerns before contacting the support team directly. The help desk has plenty of targeted tips and suggestions that may help you fix your technical issue. However, they do not offer support on email or their social media sites.
