If you are a member of the LA Fitness gym, you need to pay a membership charge every month. You may cancel your account if you no longer need your membership. Fill out a cancellation form and send it to LA Fitness through the mail.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must give them a five-day notification before your billing cycle. You can enjoy your subscription until the subscription period is over.

Click on the 'Cancellation Form' and enter the relevant information. Some of the information you need to enter includes; your phone number, address, and name. You don't have to download your cancellation form on the internet. You may get it from an employee of the gym.
3. Cancel Your Membership
Once you have filled in your cancellation form, mail it to LA Fitness. If you use certified mail, they will send you a mail as soon as they receive your form. You may be charged if your letter is postmarked close to your next billing date.
You have the option to fax your cancellation if you cannot mail it. At the gym, ask a member of staff for the fax number. The cancellation process will be initiated as soon as your form is received.
Resolving Billing Disputes
If there are billing disputes that you have been unable to resolve, contact the operations manager and ask for help. You may speak to them on the phone or by visiting the gym.
Speak to the operations manager and explain the billing problem that you have been experiencing. If you no longer need your membership, they may help you initiate the cancellation process.
You may need to wait 48 hours before the cancellation process is completed. If you still have problems, contact them again with details of the problem.
If Fitness LA can't help you, you may have no option but to seek help from your bank or credit card company. All future charges to your card will be canceled.
If you are not ready to cancel your account in spite of the billing issues, you may freeze your account. This is a good option if you would like to take a break. Freezing your account costs some money but it may be a good way to prevent billing issues.
