Levi's Return Policy

You can return anything you buy from Levi's for a full refund, no questions asked, as long as you make the return within 60 days of purchase. Items that were purchased or shipped outside the U.S. cannot be returned to a U.S. Levi's store. Levi's will apply the refund to your gift card.

How to Make a Levi's Return by Mail

If you made your purchase online, you can return it by mail. Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Levi's return page.
2. Enter the order number and the email you used to place the order in the appropriate text fields.
3. Click on the Start button.
4. Follow the instructions to print out the return label. If you do not have a printer, choose the mobile return code instead.
5. Print out the return label, if you chose that option.
6. Pack up your return.
7. Attach the return label, if you printed it out.

5. Click on the Start Your Return button.
6. Select the item you want to return.
7. Choose a reason for the return.
8. Submit the request.
9. Check your inbox.
10. Open the email from Levi's and get the QR code.
11. Bring the item and the QR code to the Happy Returns drop off location. You don't need to package it first.
