If you need to submit a warranty claim to LifeProof, then just follow the instructions below. Remember that submitting the claim just means applying for a replacement or a refund. Please note that if you want to be sure of getting a refund, then you need to make your return within 30 days of purchase, which is the period most LifeProof items are guaranteed for. Additionally, refunds take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to process. If you are given a refund, a $5 service fee will be deducted from it.
